Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your swimwear is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still has all tags and protective hygiene liners attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between an exchange or a refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
